The educational materials have been reviewed by experts from the Kyrgyz Academy of Education and officially approved by its Academic Council. The materials were also positively evaluated by independent experts. The learning resources were designed for both Kyrgyz- and Russian-language schools and aligned with national educational standards and the age-specific needs of primary school students.
The iBilim digital educational resources platform is publicly available online in Kyrgyz and Russian at https://ibilim.edu.gov.kg/. Access is free and does not require registration. The materials are primarily intended for primary school teachers, students, and parents.
As part of an initiative by the Ministry of Education and Science, 60 schools across the country were selected to establish multimedia libraries equipped with the necessary technology. Primary school teachers from these schools participated in presentations and training sessions on integrating the electronic resources into classroom teaching. School principals also took part in roundtable discussions with representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science.
An offline version of the iBilim multimedia platform was delivered and installed in all 60 multimedia libraries, allowing teachers and students to use the resources without Internet access. The offline version could also be copied and installed on school or personal computers and laptops.
During the 2018–2019 academic year, the platform was piloted in the selected schools to gather feedback and improve the functionality and usability of the resources.
