The Taalim-Forum Pubic Foundation was founded in 2006.

The mission of the foundation is to support initiatives to improve the quality and access to education, well-being and sustainable development of communities.

Since 2007 Taalim-Forum implements projects promoting interdisciplinary approaches in education, innovative methods of teaching, creating educational resources, developing methodological manuals and educational resources for children, developing partnerships with regional and international organizations.The word "Taalim" in the organization's name means "education and upbringing”. The Foundation believes in the power and potential of education and culture to improve communities, prosperity, and sustainable development.

The word "Forum" means creating platforms and engaging interested participants in open discussion on education, culture, and sustainable development issues.
